Inquiries do not reserve a date

Sending an inquiry starts a conversation only. It does not create a client relationship, reserve a date, guarantee availability, or require either party to proceed. Event services begin only after Bohdana Planning and the client sign a written service agreement and any required initial payment has been received.

Service descriptions and availability

Website descriptions summarize services that may be available, including planning, event design, flowers, venue sourcing, guest logistics, luxury transportation, rentals, entertainment, and on-site coordination. The exact work, schedule, fees, and responsibilities for a client are stated in that client’s written service agreement.

Venues, dates, flowers, rentals, entertainment, chauffeurs, and vehicle models are subject to availability. Rolls-Royce and other luxury vehicles may be provided by independent transportation companies and may have separate rules, pricing, insurance requirements, minimums, and cancellation terms.

Proposals, payments, and changes

Website content is not a price quote. A written proposal or service agreement will identify the selected services, fees, payment schedule, and any third-party costs. Rescheduling, cancellation, refunds, guest-count changes, added work, and force-majeure events are handled under the signed service agreement for that event.

Independent venues and vendors

Bohdana Planning may recommend or coordinate independent venues and vendors. Unless a written service agreement expressly says otherwise, those businesses control their own staff, property, products, availability, pricing, licensing, insurance, and performance. A recommendation does not guarantee a third party’s work.

Information you provide

Please provide information that is accurate and that you are authorized to share. Do not send payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, passwords, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the website inquiry or ordinary email.

The Bohdana Planning name, logo, design, writing, photographs, and videos on this website are owned by us or used with permission or a license. You may view the website for personal reference. You may not copy, publish, sell, modify, or use its content for another business without written permission from the applicable owner.
